Account Executive

Job Summary
The Account Executive (AE) will function as the primary liaison between TheraDoc and its existing customers. An in-depth knowledge of TheraDoc products and services is required in consultative selling and overseeing issues management. The AE will be expected to build, manage and maintain strong business and clinical relationships with clients that result in ongoing revenue growth, long-term profitability, and long term account retention. Sales funnel management will be essential in growing product and services opportunities within the assigned customer base. The AE will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships with key users and strategic decision makers. The AE will proactively monitor client satisfaction and schedule regular conference calls and/or on-site visits. Creating a strong partnership and identifying key users that will provide positive feedback to TheraDoc's prospective customers will be essential. Managing and participating in trade shows by scheduling client meetings, giving demos, generating leads and giving presentations.
